Our engineering group, which is based in the Silicon Valley, will collaborate closely with you throughout the NPI process. You will be assigned a Customer Focused Team (CFT) which will follow your specifications to design optical components and integrated modules that meet your exact needs. Using our in-house prototyping and pilot line capability, our US design engineers will generate a prototype that meets specification.

Once the design process is completed, our Shanghai manufacturing engineers will mass produce and test your product. However, the US design team maintains strict control throughout this process through OptiWorks' internal engineering and manufacturing process transfer documents. This ensures that your product strictly conforms to the designs developed by you in collaboration with our US design team.
